Our Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags attached. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

 


How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [ support@petpartnercare.com ] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Your Label: Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.
  3. Ship Your Item: Simply pack your item and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it's resolved to your satisfaction.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

 

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for digital products, such as downloadable software or content, and any copyright-related items where the service is effective upon reception.

 

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us!

 

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.

 


 

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at [ support@petpartnercare.com ].
