The Journey from Order to Delivery
Step 1: Order Processing (Processing Time) Once your order is placed, our team will carefully inspect and package your items. This process takes 3-5 business days.
Step 2: Shipping Begins (Shipping Time) After your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier. From there, your package is on its way to you!

How Long Will Delivery Take?
- Domestic (USA) Shipping: 3-8 business days
- International Shipping: 3-12 business days (※ These are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.)

How Do I Cancel My Order?
We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

- My delivery seems to be delayed. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 30 days (60 days for international orders), we will send out a new package for you.
