Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: After your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to carefully inspect, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
  • Shipping Time: Once your package has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Domestic (USA): 3-8 business days
    • International: 3-12 business days
  • Please Note: These timelines are estimates. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

International Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries.
  • All international packages are shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor your order's journey in real time.
  • Please be aware that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we have no control over local customs processes. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during customs clearance.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

Cancellations

  • We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address below. We can only guarantee cancellations if the request is made within 1 hour of the order being placed, as we are unable to stop a package once it has been processed for shipment.
  • Please include your order number in your cancellation request email.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • In the rare event of a significant delay, we will proactively notify you of any tracking updates.
  • If your package has not shown any tracking updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping partners. Depending on the outcome, we may be able to ship a new package.
